
Egnyte is a great company with a great product and culture. It makes our work easy when our product is so far superior to the competition, leadership is very involved and invested in your success, however there is a tendency to throw everything at the sellers and we can become overloaded quickly.
Egnyte is a great company to work for, I have been here for 5 years, they provide all the tools and guidance you would need to be successful. If you are just in it for the money, maybe go elsewhere because our OTE is not close to industry standards, but most reps get close to or above quota targets.

In the SaaS market, we are generally far underpaid in comparison to the rest of the market. I know many reps who have moved on from Egnyte and 1.5x'd or 2x'd compensation at the new organization.
What makes me the most happy is when I get into a flow and am able to consistently onboard new customers and meet my number and help the team overall meet the numbers we need to hit
Our compensation for sales staff is far below industry standards, we do have good tools provided to us and an attainable quota, but overall OTE is much much smaller than you can get for a similar job at a similar organization.
