While the compensation may not (yet) be FAANG level, the caliber of coworkers / cooperative work culture, excellent work-life balance, and exciting growth ahead more than make up for it and make working at my company very positive. I can imagine staying here for a long time, like many others do.

My team eagerly helps people who have questions, even if they're from a different team. From my teammates I learn to care about the company as a whole from our position.

It encourages hard work that is effective -- rather than doing busy work, we are encouraged to identify and do important work and to verify that our important work is reaching customers and directly contributing to the company's growth.

I work on interesting technical problems with people who are equally/more knowledgeable, passionate, and driven, and I find myself lucky that there's a friendly, helpful, and sometimes even playful atmosphere in the team rather than a unhealthily competitive or cutthroat one.

We are big enough that I feel the momentum of our growth and can learn from many people but small enough that I feel like my contributions are valued and I can ask questions to anyone (even people on different teams) spontaneously.

My company culture is vibrant and warm. People come up with creative ideas to bring people and teams together and it doesn't feel forced because their personalities are just this passionate. We do afternoon walks together after lunch, upload videos explaining our cultures, and do other cute stuff.
