Leadership needs to be better at relating to their employees and understanding that work-life balance is very important to many people and for the CEO to state that it's not something he values is concerning. They also need to improve their buy-in for promoting diversity.
Knowing the CEO's ideals behind specific things and how they misalign to my values and the values of many other tech companies is concerning. It often feels like the ONLY thing that matters is the bottom line and not the people who are getting them there.
