Our company is trying to keep up with the times. Culturally they are doing ok. The technology could use some updating.
Our team knows how to have fun. They tend to think of the workplace of more as a good time though. Not enough working in my opinion.
There is a lot of turn over in the company as a whole. Store level management is constantly changing and the upper management team is going through some changes as well.
