Nothing, they create a toxic work environment talking bad about customers.

they can be very helpful at times. they sometimes give a little too much criticism but all in all they are good to work with and be around most of the time .

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Prioritize customer service. Quit letting certain ones do anything they want. Hold shifts accountable. Quit talking negatively about team members to others including customers. We're short staffed too, so help out with customers instead of leaving early.Train people right and hold them accountable

Show appreciation for employees instead of yelling and criticizing. Actually train and coach. Don't belittle

Equal pay, as u have been unethicaly under paid

Manager is awful at scheduling. Does not remprinand anyone for being late or not showing up for work. Does not listen to employees needs or help out front when needed

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My pay is dependent on tips which can drastically vary. Our base pay should reflect the economy. If I were on my own I would not be able to afford basic necessities. I genuinely enjoy my job. The hours work great for me.

I am actually certified and I am over qualified for my position, I would at least liked to be treated like a person rather than an object.

If I was given what I asked to work full time and paid a decent wage I can't survive off of $11 dollars an hour or even save money

I feel undervalued because u have never been written up, i have never no call no showed, i have covered every shift i have been asked and still make $500+ dollars less per patcheck than the trainees

I was the baker but also worked out front and was often doinh the job of several people including the managers

There's a lot of good individual people that work there and I wish better for them.

We talk to each other

The teams morel is lower than low. We all feel underappreciated

they are great people and the only reason i still work for the company

We are close and support each other. Except for a couple people, teamwork and customers are priority. Positive, supportive and appreciative of each other.

The whole staff should be replaced! (with the exception of two associates) especially the management/ shift lead team! The culture at this location is horrible!!

Many of the regular employees are good people thrown into a rough upper management situation

Teamwork and coworkers. Regulars that enjoy coming back because of positive experience. Nothing else at all, for the most part, it's become toxic and negative. We make the best we can and try to keep it positive as we can for environment and customers.

Unprofessional management. Quit talking behind peoples back. Show appreciation for those who continue to go above and beyond to make the restaurant succeed. Hold everyone accountable for job requirements, not just a few. Being short staffed, manager should be working more, rather than leaving early
