Many of the regular employees are good people thrown into a rough upper management situation
The work always gets done
Co-workers who share my ideals
Teamwork and coworkers. Regulars that enjoy coming back because of positive experience. Nothing else at all, for the most part, it's become toxic and negative. We make the best we can and try to keep it positive as we can for environment and customers.

There doesn't really seem to be any culture. As for the environment, they seem to only care about the short term profits instead of long term. Because of that, customer service is lacking and employees are not as happy as they should be.

Manger who cares, assistant manager who isn't a drug addict, shift leads who are qualified, neat clean well lit store, accountability, fair pay
