Advancement has been available at every turn. I have the room to make the decisions I need to make to run my business and recognize that it is my responsibility to provide the same to those that I interact with.
I would be considered as a long-term associate. I have been promoted on several occasions and always treated with respect.
I have been here for 10 years, and witnessed the extraordinary growth and accomplishments achieved during that time. But as I eluded to in my previous comments, there has never been a time where I felt in the backseat of what our vision was and my role in helping to achieve that.
As the company does well, so do I.
Our company encourages all to be an entrepreneur.
The interaction with my teammates and our customers.
Working with our team at the corporate office and in the field.
I believe i have answered this in the other comment sections already
Everyone is accessible. There are no barriers to communicate ideas and concerns.
Creating solutions for our customers and having the team to back those commitments up.
Being a valued member in the overall vision of what we want to accomplish as a company.
The interview as very honest and to the point. I knew what i was walking into day 1.
They are fully committed to servicing both the field and our customers. Their work ethic is second to none.
Everyone works for each other. There are no division between departments and the corporate office with the field teams.
While always having on eye on the future, they have never lost sight of what got Emser to this point.
Emser hires from a wide array of backgrounds, giving us multiple view points on how to better construct our future.
While the company has grown to a considerable size, all partners and members of the executive team are still very accessible.
Emser is truly an open-door company to where any associate can exchange their thoughts and ideas with anyone else within the company. No boundaries with titles or position.
Emser has grown to be a very large company, but it is still family owned. That sense of family and community that fostered Emser's initial growth has never left our culture.
Healthcare costs continue to spiral out of control for the average person. Emser puts the needs of their people ahead of their own to make sure our team has quality and affordable healthcare.
Just that, we are a team. Never more so than COVID where it would have been easy to become very detached from peers. Instead, we have found a way to keep the continuity of relationships, not just between teams, but departments, corporate and our field associates.
Emser provides very competitive base salary, and a bonus structure that escalates as the company continues to grow. What gets missed, is what Emser does subjectively to keep associates whole when outside influences derail a performance. It's never just black/white, but what is fair in the moment.
Emser continues to grow in sales volume and number of associates at a very aggressive rate. What doesn't change, is the culture of family. Taking care of our customers, our community and our associates is always in the forefront, and always a checkpoint in every decision we make.
