Open, friendly, and happy to have new members. Isolation or silos don't exist on my team and it makes getting work done much easier.
Positive energy and, while there are groups of friends in the office, the group as a whole is still very accepting and open to meeting and getting to know the newbies.

I liked being able to meet/interview with a large cross section of the company - including the partners. The process is long and there are several rounds, but at the end, both sides learn a lot about each other. I felt very clear on what the company, job, and team would be like before starting.
