Envoy has 15,000 employees but still maintains a 'small company' feel - all of the leaders are approachable and supportive.
Respect from management and fair compensation.
While the people I work with are good people there are allot of very annoying cost cutting measures that keep getting put in place that makes it very hard to do our jobs effectively
Its a general airline operation. I like the small system that lets everyone be fully involved with both above and below the wing functions
I love my job it is not hard but we have to sacrifice time being away from family due to our low pay some of us work 16 hour shifts all 5 days. That's unfair and inhumane
