We laugh and try to make the best of the job.
It varies on a day to day basis. Most days are good. But occasionally some team members don't believe in "teamwork" culture.

A great many different aviation backgrounds. Most are good humored. Many help each other out.

The people really care about each other
The people I work with come from all walks of life and most started on the front lines of the airline, so are incredibly knowledgeable about the day to day operation - it helps us make better decisions.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the supervisory team needs to be identified and it seems that when they become a higher rank the less they want to do so they delegate on other regular employees and assign them as supervisors, specially night shift there is no supervision and employees take 1/2 hour smoke breaks whenever.
