Create a solid training program with designated trainers. Make sure managers are professional when issuing corrective action Enforce safety, quality, and production

Creating a better work environment and provide equipment that works. Also, enforcement.
Cleaning out their managment who have HR cases against them.

Quit and leave. Stop stealing and abusing your flight attendants.
Listening to there employees and addressing the ongoing issues in there department, specially if employees express they don't feel safe and that they feel if not fixed it can get to a fight or an employee going crazy and hurting others.
