That we work well together
The family aspect that we are all treated fairly.

At times, nothing, I like being able to travel for cheap with my benefits.
Sometimes free tacos or frankfurters are served.

Everyone gets along very well
Only that some employees can make each other laugh. The culture is completely abrasive at best and actually abusive on a regular basis.

American and Envoy both "walk the talk" when it comes to diversity and maintaining a healthy work environment - I've never felt I was treated with anything less than respect.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit managing with fear vs make ot comfortable
Enforcement of and overseeing reported cases of worker hostilities, harassment, and toxic employees.
Treating employees better and cleaning out managers who are not here for good intentions
Reprimand negative actions from employees.
Respect from management and fair compensation.
