They are always there for you
Cohesiveness within the workplace is great
MOST managers on duty are attentive and fair. However, their upper management could use a few "etiquette" courses to communicate with their employees.
Teamwork, helpfull, friendly, positive attitude and very good spirit.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating with employees and customers!
Relating to and understanding their employees
Create a solid training program with designated trainers. Make sure managers are professional when issuing corrective action Enforce safety, quality, and production

Very generois and always on time
I love the benefits, direct deposit is wonderful,
Envoy is wholly owned by American Airlines, so we participate in AA Profit Sharing - as well as monthly performance bonuses.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Make us comparable to the same companies
They need to treat you with respect
Most emportantly increase my hourly pay by $15. Give back all life benefits like stolen vacation/sick time. Reduce the steps to top out by half. Lower our excessively high medical premiums. Annual tool and training allotment. Sanitary lavatories please!
A livable wage this place makes you feel like a second class citizen.

We laugh and try to make the best of the job.
It varies on a day to day basis. Most days are good. But occasionally some team members don't believe in "teamwork" culture.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think the supervisory team needs to be identified and it seems that when they become a higher rank the less they want to do so they delegate on other regular employees and assign them as supervisors, specially night shift there is no supervision and employees take 1/2 hour smoke breaks whenever.

At times, nothing, I like being able to travel for cheap with my benefits.
Sometimes free tacos or frankfurters are served.

Quit managing with fear vs make ot comfortable
Enforcement of and overseeing reported cases of worker hostilities, harassment, and toxic employees.
Treating employees better and cleaning out managers who are not here for good intentions

I would like for the company to be transparent about the demand
Be more selective and stop hiring smooth brained people straight off the street.
They accept applicants that efficiently understand direction and the English language. There are multiple supervisors that hardly speak English and pose a serious safety concern.

Comradery with some other coworkers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Deeply entrench executives who get away with everything they want including criminal activity. Yes, there is police reports that can be downloaded from the Irving police department for example. The whole maintenance and parts department leadership must absolutely be replaced with real professionals.
Everything. Culture is extremley abusive and morbidly toxic

Management needs to listen to employees concerns and union needs to be more involved
Attendance policy is ridiculous. I understand we have to be on time every day but we cannot leave home 2 or 3 hours before our shift starts, we still have to beat traffic, lines at the airport checkpoints, the majority of us park at the employee lot which buses run slow.
