My overall experience at eA is a company, that allows the space for genius to work in a creative, mentor driven environment. This enables everyone's unique human qualities to shine. It's been my experience that leadership do a fabulous job of nurturing these qualities, to their best potential.

That there's a concerted effort focus to evolve it and be better than relevant, or just good enough. .

I believe they want to change the way the world views people with disabilities, we all have a higher calling, and that came from the top.

What makes me most happy at eA, is that our story is true, and I work with the kindest, most intelligent and driven humans, who value integrity and life in general.
