Coworkers are always helping eachother and giving tips and information to help eachother gain confidence and succeed.
If we meet our monthly/weekly goals, we get a bonus. Which is nice because it helps you want to stay focused and upsell.
It's a family. Most of us have been here since the grand opening and even though there's missed communication between the waxers and front desk girls, we still have eachothers backs.
The manager now is rarely at the center and when she is, she's busy with her favorites to even get anything serious done. The owner comes in taking products and telling us not to tell anyone. Between management and owner, there has been alot of shady stuff at this particular location.
