Remote workers do not get any benefits. The company gives lunches, paid vacations, and other perks to on-site employees - and are very open about it.
I feel micromanaged and like I am not trusted to competently do my job. Executives and other higher ups will come in with urgent "911" needs at the end of day and pressure to stay working later to fulfill the request even though it easily could have waited until the next business day.
