
I appreciate the opportunity that the quarterly check ins with our Exec provide. Also, that at each juncture is not just a conversation of how we can improve, but how we HAVE improved, and that compensation is an open book.
When I sign off for the day knowing that I've done everything on my to do list, been an asset to my team and thereby Everlight, and have set myself up for success the next day via the channels that have been set in place for us (Redbooth/ GCal)
I appreciate that the leadership team has a firm grasp of the direction we are heading, the culture they have created/ continue to create, and a dedication to Everlight that runs deep. Meaning they care about IT ALL, not just the bottom line, but the experience of being a part of the company.
I love that our first task as employees is to learn the values. Values are how I have always structured my own life and it's one of the things that drew me towards Everlight. My team and I say them as if they were inside jokes, and I find myself referencing them outside of work allllll the time.
MY TEAM IS THE BEST TEAM! I look forward to talking to my coworkers every single day. I know that they have my back and that I have theirs and that is a huge drive for me each and every day. I appreciate vulnerability we have been able to create together in order to grow individually/ as a team/
