Everlight is a training ground for constant improvement, the core values are strong and provide a hard working culture around the company. My overall experience is fantastic. 401k will be my biggest concern until we get one. Everything else is fantastic

I believe that without a 401k match we should be paid more to compensate for that. Or provide a 401k match. Other than that I think the pay and benefits are fine.

It always comes back to the people that I work with. They set the tone early in the morning and get the energy high until the day is over. I love my crew.

Colton was very welcoming from the start and seems like a genuinely good person. JJ is probably the best manager I have ever had, hes very supportive and cares ablut his workers while still acting as out boss.

I believe the pay is more than fair, the only complaints i have are the the insurance options arent great and the lack of a 401k matching program is a little frustrating but I do understand that this is a young company and still in a relatively young stage so im not super worried about it.
