
I think my daily and weekly standup calls/tech team meetings truly make my days the most fun. Between that and the high organization level of Jira and Coda, I feel there is a routine each day and I love a good routine
I think the best part is the ability to sign up for Benefits along with the permanent remote, 0% travel schedule. I truly think this is unique to Everlight, as during my job hunt, almost all remote jobs required some % of travel or did not have any benefits.
I think the thing that inspires me most about the leadership team is that they are all still human and understand the process and how to make their team stand out. Many times, leadership turns into micromanagement robots. Here, the leadership truly does empower each employee to do their best.
I think the tech team specifically does an excellent job of keeping high energy levels and empowering each other in our daily and weekly meetings. More specifically, I feel that the team is always on your side and wants you to succeed, and there's no politics or hierarchy involved. It's refreshing!
I think this is the first company I've ever worked for (or heard of for that matter) that ACTUALLY follows the values that they set forth and execute them daily. It is truly novel and I totally appreciate that we are supposed to recite and memorize them - because they happen each day and I go, "aha"
