I definitely don’t feel undervalued as an employee however, especially since we dont receive benefits, i think more pay would be beneficia

A low starting pay makes sense as theres not much experience for many people, however with time I think this should increase. Especially with the lack of other benefits that other companies give. Most employees here are post college and that means more expenses/planning for the future.
