I love the work I do, my coworkers, and the support I get from my team. Benefits are ok, but I hope they continue to improve as the company grows. I've grown so much as an employee since starting at Everlight, and I'm excited to continue to do so.

Everyone is smart, dedicated to their work, and very friendly. My team members are always willing to help out and never make me feel like I'm asking a dumb question.

They take responsibility for the projects that they lead, and work with the team to move projects along. They're supportive, push people to do their best, and are understanding if/when issues rise up in a project.

Every new project is introduced with a lot of excitement from management. It's very encouraging to work on projects that people are excited about. Also, my teams makes a point to share things we are thankful for each day. Hearing that I helped a coworker or completed a task well is a great feeling.
