Depends on if you're working remotely or in office, & also which department you're working in. Working remotely has its perks like flexibility & travel. The pay lacks in Sales Support. Even w/ shifts we are taking on the load of other ppl's work & responsibility w/ no pay increase
There's always something to learn
They're fun to talk to and we all help each other out when we can!
We are always learning and working together. We also encourage one another and challenge each other.
Being able to attend meetings and do my work in the comfort of my own home
My position is remote and the company relies on me to get my workload done without any tracking on my computer
They are always open to new ideas and are flexible, which they have to be with how much change we all come across
Time management can be improved massively, as well as pay. There are also a few meetings that aren't productive and cut into working hours.
The amount of work I do does not compare to my salary. I am also doing other people's work and work overtime to ensure that things are due in a timely matter.
I feel undervalued because the amount of work the design team does, given the time constraints, having to be on call 24/7 & working weekends, the wage isn't a reflection of how often we're working. The wage isn't enough to live on & due to the nature of this job it restricts any additional income
