Each site is different I mainly work by myself even though I am one of the newest members so I create my own culture
Getting everyone on the same goal and supporting and motivating. Think from the customer and site management point of view. Corporate is creating more work and problems than anything else. 200% rate increase is insane. especially when the customer can see the lower rate online.
The expectation to drop whatever I am doing in my personal life to run to site and help a customer and NOT GET PAID FOR IT is not only illegal but a lot of expectation for getting paid less than 20 bucks and thats hourly not salary
