Poor leadership, need for better trained staff. Dangerous patient load with long hours. No management support.

Customer service!!! Billing team is the absolute worst!! I will never go back to receive any service from this company.

Train your people to look after the urgent medical needs of people who walk in even if the timing is inconvenient. If you claim to provide urgent care and you're open for business then commit to treating people when they show up.
