everyone is heard and everyone has a voice and changes are well communicated

Out of touch with needs of the people that get the work done.
Communication, treating everyone with respect
Looking at numbers and recognizing unsafe levels of care.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not acknowledged for the work that I do. Treated poorly by upper Management, a lot of favoritism
Higher pay, more training, and more staff support
What are some of the best things about your team?
we work together and it feels like family when you come to work
Everyone works together as a team
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They were solid. Not the issue
Staff should be better trained to care for patients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
at this time, nothing is positive with the buy out

Find true leadership that will bring in expertise

I was not asked irrelevant questions.

Too many insiders hired and promoted

Autonomy and ability to mentor
working with my coworkers on a daily basis
