Well right now I'm working from home so it's fantastic. When we were all in the office it was noisy and confusing at times. There's a LOT of conversations going on all the time and it gets confusing and difficult to work sometimes.
I honestly don't know how they do it now, I was hired before it was a big deal. My process was simple. A phone call from the CEO, one live interview with CF) and future manager together and that was it. I believe now it's a much longer and more involved process, but I don't really know for sure.
