Not a bad job or company, but needs better managers who are willing to work
Less internal politics. While there are some lovely people who work here, there's a lot of nepotism and double standards. Some people can treat their colleagues any way they want with impunity. It's unacceptable. More equality, please.
Been here for 13 years. Has helped me grow and afforded me a home for my family as well as education. I have been treated very well and it is hard to even think about leaving.
