I personally feel like we are not appreciated.
Tenants constantly harass staff, the corporate offices does not support staff, it's all around nasty.
The management at my complex fails to deliver oversized packages, (waited 2 weeks for a package to arrive I had to go down to the main office and pick it up myself after they failed to notify me they had my package) and there are a few other issues that I cannot list in the space allocated.
