What do you like best about the leadership team?
The kindness and compassion they have for their employees is without parallel

Supportive, amazing team. Always meeting or exeeting expectations.
They guide me in the right direction
Very friendly and outgoing. Tenants are in very good hands.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
connecting to the workers and their needs
Lead by example. Actually do their responsibilities. Provide customer service. Stop gossiping.
Everything, it's always the tenant fault, when they don't want to do anything
recognizing all employee contribution and accomplishment and employees who violate policies and procedures, especially those who are "connected."
Real concern, compassion and growth for all people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Vacation and medical are good
Medical, dental and vision package
My work life balance in addition to my compensation makes it completely worth it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly rate too low and no housing comp. which is absurd in this type of business.
Having the higher ups be open to an open dialogue about issues and things we can do to make the team better
I need better dental insurance
No support from corporate office
Pay is horrible no increase this year at my site
What are some of the best things about your team?
bonding over common problems and management
They are a awesome team
Team setting willing to help each other
They are always working hard and getting everything needed done
I hired them so they're all good
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop gossiping about their coworkers and tenants. They need to stop calling out. They need more supervision especially the community manager.
Actually working to build the community and make it great would be nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The management team and employees
The people. From my direct supervisor to the upper management.
The strive to do better each day. At least with some of us.
Diversity in tenants and animal friendly
It is an upbeat place to work.
