connecting to the workers and their needs
Lead by example. Actually do their responsibilities. Provide customer service. Stop gossiping.
Everything, it's always the tenant fault, when they don't want to do anything
recognizing all employee contribution and accomplishment and employees who violate policies and procedures, especially those who are "connected."
Real concern, compassion and growth for all people.
they need to hire more people so they're not always behind and they need to train on real property management subjects rather than irrelevant fluff.
