bonding over common problems and management

They are a awesome team

Team setting willing to help each other

They are always working hard and getting everything needed done

I hired them so they're all good

The company is very family oriented, they get along with annoying and I love it.

We all love each other! We work hard and play hard!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop gossiping about their coworkers and tenants. They need to stop calling out. They need more supervision especially the community manager.

Actually working to build the community and make it great would be nice.
