They have very forward-thinking idea on how Fuel Cycle can innovate. Most of them are great at communicating that vision.

I think being a part of something so innovative is really fun - even if getting there is a bit dysfunctional. The people I work with are overall really great.

I like how short and efficient it was. I met with the right individuals I'd work with on a daily basis, where other places have had me go through 5 or more rounds of interviews.

My team cares a lot about my development, and I care a lot about theirs. We take accountability for our own mistakes, and never throw others under the bus. We work well together and want to see eachother succeed.
