The boss who hired me was phenomenal to start, really helped me understand what my role would be and made me feel like I was going to be a great addition to the company!

Fuel Cycle's leadership not only cares about the success of the company but more so, the success and growth of the employees! Each leader has a more-than-open-door policy and it creates an environment of both professionalism and desire to succeed and grow.

Looking at industry standards, I feel as though my pay should be higher - especially with the support and value I bring to the company. While I think the pay is okay, I feel as though it should be higher to account for the above noted areas.

A mixture of both our solution and how innovative and flexible it is and our company culture make working at Fuel Cycle a delight. Watching our successes with clients continue to grow as we as a company get even better every day makes for a very happy environment overall.

Fuel Cycle's company culture is by far the best I've ever had the opportunity to experience. We work hard and play harder - collectively we're all in it to win it but that doesn't take away from the fact that the company/individual teams also make sure to plan fun events (even virtually)!

The benefits provided (PTO, healthcare coverage, 401K + match) are all on par with what's expected in my opinion. Being in a sales role, it's also great to have the ability to push myself to over exceed on my quota and have the ability to really push my commission/compensation as far as I can!

First and foremost, my boss is the BEST! It's such a great feeling having the ability to be able to learn and grow but also feel extremely supported in my role. As a whole, one of the best things about the Fuel Cycle team(s) is that we all feel more like family than coworkers!
