
Location is key. The leadership was lacking transparency and felt like a dictatorship. Leadership would discuss other peers discretionary details and micro manage with numerous reports. At times, preparation for meetings with leadership would take 4+Hrs and, with no notice, cancel or no-show for the meeting. Personally, I had 6 weeks were my manager did not show up for one on ones or account planning. My peers felt their time was not valued and I witnessed several people ‘managed out’. The work itself was rewarding however, not enough to overcome the leadership style.
Upper management is very solid, focused on Growth and Retention with more focus on Growth. They are heavily processed oriented and executing a plan they have in place.
