Maybe hire someone that isnt so fat they cant waddle out to the floor to see what is happening.
Pay them more. GDI employees are laughed at because they do exactly the same work as Goodyear employees for half the price.
Management needs to go. The contract needs to be awarded to a company that knows manufacturing, not the worst cleaning company in the industry.
Just because you have a pulse does not mean you can work with me at my pace and to my standards. Hiring qualified workers would be a good first step.
Stop hiring warm bodies just to plug holes. If you paid more, had realistic expectations and stopped making your employees do all the dangerous work it might improve. Doubt that will ever happen.
