I have worked in this Company in the past and their do illegal actions to their employees. Saying that the employees don't have the right to look at their schedule, don't have the right to have a day off, and does the complete opposite of the policies.

There is no managment communication, or leadership i just got thrown in with no training at all

There's no stability, poor management and they take advantage of the custodians .

I like that my supervisor does what he says is open and honest, and he communicates with me

More Focus cleaning procedures, most of the job goes to subcontractors and they are not properly trained.

Maybe hire someone that isnt so fat they cant waddle out to the floor to see what is happening.

Males were getting more salary and bonus

Only promote you if You Work overtime so they can continue To make You work those hours and more at a salary rate And When anything goes wrong they throw You under the bus!

Vastly underpaid. If you get hurt, get a lawyer. Immediately. Because they will screw up your paperwork.

More training programs and more respect to the custodians

Stop hiring warm bodies just to plug holes. If you paid more, had realistic expectations and stopped making your employees do all the dangerous work it might improve. Doubt that will ever happen.

I’m kind of a loner and at my location where I worked people are only there for a couple hours and then after that, I’m by myself and I really enjoy

Pay them more. GDI employees are laughed at because they do exactly the same work as Goodyear employees for half the price.

I like that my supervisor met me at the location. We did a walk-through. He showed me everything that was expected of me and we had a casual talk.

Just because you have a pulse does not mean you can work with me at my pace and to my standards. Hiring qualified workers would be a good first step.

Management and human ressources must fit the role. There is flagrant unprofessionalism at those levels which was experienced on several occasions. Lower level staff are nit equipped properly to do what is nessary and instructions are complex and not written in their official language

The customer are not satisfied with cleaning, floor care and timely matter things are done

More focus on customer service and training for cleaning

Lack of staff, lack of proper training, low pay And lousy benefits

Management needs to go. The contract needs to be awarded to a company that knows manufacturing, not the worst cleaning company in the industry.
