That I satisfy my customers and they thank me when the company never thanks us
Management and human ressources must fit the role. There is flagrant unprofessionalism at those levels which was experienced on several occasions. Lower level staff are nit equipped properly to do what is nessary and instructions are complex and not written in their official language
The customer are not satisfied with cleaning, floor care and timely matter things are done
More focus on customer service and training for cleaning
Lack of staff, lack of proper training, low pay And lousy benefits
Management needs to go. The contract needs to be awarded to a company that knows manufacturing, not the worst cleaning company in the industry.
