Great collaboration when the jobs needs to get done

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

To really make it fun and more of a reasonable place of why this company is worth it

Care about and take care of employees and SHARE THE WEALTH WITH THE ONES' MAKING YOU RICH!!!!

Pay them more. GDI employees are laughed at because they do exactly the same work as Goodyear employees for half the price.
