Team in office is nice for the most part
They won't improve. "Be a Good Human" needs not apply when you're producing volume
OPS pay & controlling LO's. They have too much free reign and do not respect processes
I just hate my job man. I'm on the wrong career path and in the wrong industry
Maybe if I could afford a mortgage while working at a mortgage lender. I've turned down job offers for the same position making 10k more, I've stayed because I respect my direct manager and don't want to leave them hanging
