
More positive feedback, less negative feedback
Low pay, no contests, no bonuses to work towards.
Don't know any of them, never introduced. Just see name on Slack
No positive communication, always hear negative, try giving bonuses or have contests for people to get involved in to get to know each other.
Less Micromanagement and more constructive feedback, instead of pointing out little things you did wrong. Never hear that I'm doing a good job, only what I could do better even though I book plenty of appointments.
