What do you like best about the leadership team?
Less Micromanagement and more constructive feedback, instead of pointing out little things you did wrong. Never hear that I'm doing a good job, only what I could do better even though I book plenty of appointments.

That I have the power over my own schedule.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we work from home, a lot of times, it feels like we are at the office together.

When we get an appointment for a client we're a congratulated with a slack emoji or something to positive which is definitely encouraging.

We are all remote and independent so there is not much culture. During our Team meetings we are now on video which is an improvement but still conversation from Sr. Leader seems dense and sometimes not much substance.
