It is a job and I do my best to earn my pay. I believe everyone should be treated as equals, bot men and women but sometimes feel there are favorites in the chat room or on the call. I usually do not pay much attention but it is noticeable.

What makes you most happy at work?
Type of customers I represent and the conversations I have with my account manager about these Campaigns. I am not scripted.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all remote and independent so there is not much culture. During our Team meetings we are now on video which is an improvement but still conversation from Sr. Leader seems dense and sometimes not much substance.
