The sense of community. There is more focus on working together than competing against one another.

They are always accessible and supportive. I know I can always ask for help when there is an issue.

The open communication and team work. I always know there is someone I can reach out to if I have having an issue.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hourly pay should be higher. Bonuses are good but can fluctuate based on campaign so i wish the hourly was a higher rate.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open communications. There is always permission to speak bluntly. If there is an issue, we can address it and find a way to solve it.
