What should I wear for an interview at Globant?

Anything that you consider good it could be confortability or how you look anything that make you feel good also keep in mind that the interview is not going to be easy so I rather use something confortable, to pass some hours answering stressing questions.

You can wear casual clothes. I mean, I'm not a suit guy, I got there with a T-shirt and some khackis, and that didn't impact my results. The interviewers wore similar things.

The way you feel comfortable, obviously you are not going to feel comfortable if you are in sweat pants. Jean, sneakers and T-shirt is OK.

Shorts/tank tops or anything you wear to the beach would look odd, but any type of formal/informal clothing is fine.

I think you should dress formal but not so formal, like have a nice presentation but nothing fancy.

Nothing too formal is ok even a pair of jeans with a t-shirt could work.
