I think the best thing that someone can do in the first month is to integrate with teammates and support themselves with the team.

get in touch with your studio and have good relations with them. they are the ones who will shape your career not your PM

It's a huge organisation you can get lost easily. Try to understand the team structures, studios and pods as much as you can
