It's not hard if you deserve it. I mean, depending on which skills you have and what career path you choose, you have clear goals to accomplish. And if you accomplish it, you'll get promoted. The goals are technicals, soft-skills related, and aging.

I think, It is very difficult to get the promotion in Globant. I have completed more than 3 years and I have been in the same level for all these 3 plus years.
