My team is genuinely really supportive. Everyone is willing to help out when one of the managers is MIA.
My co-workers/team, I would do just about anything for this group of people. Everyone is so welcoming and jovial.
When I'm able to make a sale and I know I've helped protect a family. Yeah, the money is good but I have first-hand experience with handling a death and not having life insurance. I never want another family to have to deal with that
they will literally hire anyone and I mean ANYONE. If you can afford to sign up for the pre-licensing course and get your license, you have a job. It's part of how they make money. They need to hire people so they hire everyone.
