Fire tree, fire the idiot above her, and start caring about staff
Don't micro-manage and listen to people
Not lying to people and taking advantage of people
The leadership team needs to learn how to cater to it's employees. We have our name slapped on the side of a baseball field yet we can't even have a refrigerator to put our lunch in.
Actually hire white people instead of ghetto people I know it's a call center but it doesn't mean you have to hire bottom of the barrel people who say they're "people's persons"
