The CEO is focused on driving the company forward strategically which is appropriate. However, the time I have personally interacted with him I was concerned about his lack of authenticity and general ability to relate to people at all levels of the organization.

They speak out the side of their mouth tell us they care about our way of life and safety then turn around and act differently when the cameras are off. All they care about is how much money they make we just a number

I don't know him. I do feel that he has no idea what goes on in retail and how the DMR and Team leaders in southeast bully team members into doing what they want

Don't know much about what people think or feel about him... It may be better on the corporate end, but not the retail end of things.
