Not balanced well for retail/shop. Expected to work at the drop of a hat anytime when told. So bad that taking the "earned" vacations feels like you are doing something wrong or you will owe management for the favor of you getting off

Virtually non-existent! I was repeatedly told that if you didn’t work 6 days a week (at least) then you were not dedicated to Goodyear and that would be reflected during performance reviews.

Very good...I don't feel the pressure to work insane hours. My boss is also good about giving me comp time if I have to work on Sundays.
